Description

Recently, a basic ability and scholastic attainments of the foundation have decreased remarkably though the university student has the consideration to qualify. Especially,“Communications skills”, “Expressive ability”, “Basic ability”, “Ability of the information gathering”, “Ability to analyze information”, “Conception ability”, and “Desire to study” have decreased remarkably. Then, the teacher aims for the student to lead from the student's conversation and conception more than an individual ability to support the ability and to raise the skill, and “PDCA cycle” was taken to the class, and student's education effect was examined.
