抄録

This paper was discussed about the subject which is in the present condition of the Japanese alternative care of children from the position of respecting a child's best profits. About the child abuse which poses the biggest problem especially in today's the alternative care of children, the statement was analyzed from the historical perspective. As a result, actually, the child abuse existed for a long time, and the alternative care of children was our country until now, and enough correspondence lectured about the fact that had not been done.
