2004年度より継続実施している産学連携実践的演習「プロジェクトベース設計演習」は，組み込みソフトウェア技術者育成を目的とし，企業より現役のIT技術者を講師・インストラクタに迎えて行う教育訓練プログラムである．教育効果の大きい本演習は企業の負担が大きいため長期の継続には課題がある．この負担を軽減し本演習を定着化させる目的で，2006年に経済産業省産学協同実践的IT教育訓練基盤強化事業の支援を受けFD（Faculty Development，大学教員能力開発）プログラムを実施した．このFDプログラムでは連携企業の現実のソフトウェア開発プロジェクトに大学教員が参加する研修を実施した．本稿では実施したFDプログラムの内容，結果の評価，および今後の課題を報告する．

Since 2004 we are providing a training program named project-based design practice aiming at embedded engineers and is conducted by active software engineers from IT companies as instructors. Although the program is evaluated as effective to students, we have a problem to continue the program, because it is considerable load for IT companies to send active engineers as instructors. In order to solve the problem, we planned and practiced an FD (Faculty Development) program in 2006 with the support of the project to build up for practical IT education and training through industry-university cooperation by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan. In the FD program, three faculty members attended as observers meetings of some real software development projects in the company in cooperation. This paper describes the contents and evaluation of the program, and mentions the remaining problems.
