携帯電話を用いて，いつでも，どこにいてもイラストを作成できれば，外出先での出来事や，ふと思いついたイメージを，そのとき，その場でイラストにして，他者に送信したりWWWにより公開したりできる．また，途中まで作成した画像を他者に送り，続きを描くことを繰り返して1枚の絵を作成するコラボレーションアートなどを手軽に楽しめる．しかし，携帯電話にはマウスやタブレットなどのポインティングデバイスが搭載されていないため，自由曲線を用いたオリジナルイラストを作成することが困難だった．本稿では，携帯電話のボタンのみの操作で自由曲線の描画を実現する5種類の描画法およびこれらを用いた描画ソフトCONTE（Canvas ON mobile TElephone）を提案する．提案した描画法を用いてユーザが意図する画像を描くことができるかを評価実験によって検証し，各描画法の特性を明らかにした．さらに，CONTEとWWWとの連携によるモバイル環境でのコラボレーションアートを実現する応用アプリケーションを実装した．

If we can draw an illustration with a mobile phone,we can draw a illustration of events and ideas anytime anywhere,and exchange the illustration with others, and publish it.Furthermore we can create pictures in corporate with others.However it has been difficult to draw free form carves using mobile phone,because it doesn't have pointing devices like a mouse and a pen.In this paper, we propose ``CONTE'' (Canvas ON mobile TElephone):a drawing tool for free form curves on a mobile phone,and 5 drawing methods for free form curves on a mobile phone.We evaluated the drawing methods by comparing images drawn with a mouse and ones drown with CONTE.In addition we implemented some web-based applications using CONTE for collaboration arts with CONTE.
