タッチ操作ログを用いたWebコンテンツ閲覧時における興味度合い推定の研究

スマートフォンの普及にともない，今日の生活でタッチ操作は欠かせない行動となってきている．また，研究に関しては，人の行動や感情といったコンテキストをスマートフォンに内蔵されている様々なセンサを用いて推定する手法が提案されているが，タッチ操作を用いて感情などのコンテキストを推定する手法はまだ確立されていない．そこで，本研究では日常的に行われるタッチ操作のログを用いてユーザの様々な感情コンテキストを推定する手法を提案する．しかし，タッチ操作ログから様々な感情に紐づく行動的特徴を判別するには条件が多岐にわたり，推定が困難になると考えられる．そこで，ユーザの感情を推定する最初の段階として本研究では，多くの人が一般的に行っているWebブラウジング中のタッチ操作に着目し，Web上の記事を閲覧しているときのユーザの記事に対する興味度合いを推定する．具体的には製作したロガーアプリケーションを用いてWebブラウジング中におけるタッチ操作のスワイプ平均速度，注視の度合いを表す注視時間の比率を取得する．また，記事の閲覧を終えるごとに，ユーザには興味度合いのアンケート記入をしてもらい，アンケート結果と取得したデータを照らし合わせてユーザの興味度合いを推定する．実験では20代の男性10名を対象として1人につき50個の記事を閲覧してもらい，タッチ操作と被験者の興味度合いについて相関の有無を検証した．結果として，スワイプ平均速度，注視時間の比率とアンケートの相関において強い相関が見られた．

According to spread of the smartphone, touch action is necessary in our daily life. Also, the researches about estimating the context that human motion or emotion by using various sensors in the smartphone are studied by many researchers. Furthermore, measurement method about estimating the context by using touch operation logs has not been established. In this research, we focused on touch operation on the smartphones that are popular operation for browsing Web contents for estimating user's interest. We try to estimate degree of interest in an article on the Web by using smartphone's touch operation log and the questionnaire. Specifically, we use an application that logging touch operation logs for getting swipe average speed and the ratio of gaze time. Furthermore, if user who browsing Web by using logging application finish reading an article, we make you fill out questionnaire for getting the degree of interest in an article. In the experiment, we had made ten participants read the 50 articles on the Web for investigate whether there is correlation between touch operation log and degree of user's interest. As a result, we observed strong correlation between swipe average speed, the ratio of gaze time and degree of user's interest.
