「まなびんぐサポート」では、地域の教育委員会と連携し、学校現場からの支援要請に応える形で、地域の小・中学校にボランティアとして学生を派遣し、授業補助や個々の子どもの学習を支援する活動を実施してきた。本論文では、平成21年度までの「まなびんぐサポート」の運営実態を示した上で、平成21年度における運営体制の整備を示し、その整備の成果について検討した。###その結果、「まなびんぐサポート」における参加学生数と派遣学校数は、ともに年々増加していることが分かった。平成21年度の「まなびんぐサポート」における運営体制の主な整備は、1「まなびんぐサポート」運営委員会の設置、2本事業を担当する特任教員と事務職員の雇用、3「まなびんぐサポート」の運営を効率化するためのWebシステムの整備であった。以上の運営体制の整備は、「まなびんぐサポート」における協働的な省察的実践を効果的に支援するものであった。### “Manabing Support" is a project run jointly by Oita University and the education board in Oita. Oita University has sent students following a request for assistance from teachers in the classroom to local elementary and junior high schools as volunteers to help teachers and to give individual support to students. The present research examined “Manabing Support" performance until 2009, the arrangement of operation systems in 2009 and their achievement.###The results suggested that the number of student teachers and supported schools had increased every year. The arrangements of operation systems in 2009 were (1)the establishment of the “Manabing Support" steering committee, (2)the employment of contract teachers and staff and (3)the establishment of web systems for efficient steering. These arrangements have supported an efficiently collaborative and reflective practice of “Manabing Support"
