本研究では、地域子育て支援サービスの利用状況より「利用につながらない」阻害要因を相談内容、回答者の基本的属性の2 点から分析することを目的としている。特に地域子育て支援サービスの一つである「相談」に焦点をあてた。理由は「相談すること」が課題解決そのものにつながること、他のサービス利用にもつながるといった地域子育て支援サービスの窓口的な位置にあるからである。研究方法は、サービス利用対象となる子育て中の親に対するアンケート調査を行った。その結果、子育て中の親は、「相談」を利用することについて、アンケートで示した6 項目いずれの相談内容であっても、気になることがあるが相談につながっていない人が存在していること、相談内容によって利用へのつながりにくさが生じていること、利用者の年代や子どもの数等によっても利用へのつながりにくさがあることが明らかになった。必要に応じたサービス利用につなげるためには、支援者が相談内容や利用者の基本的属性に配慮した対応をすることが必要である。
We aimed to determine the user-unfriendly factors preventing the use of child-rearing services by analyzing in service users perception. We focused on one child-rearing service, namely counseling services, because we positioned counseling as the first step toward receiving child-rearing services:through counseling, users can resolve their concerns and move on to use other services. We distributed a questionnaire to child-rearing parents eligible for the services. The results showed that some parents had not received counseling for any one of six types of concerns they had about child-rearing. The difference in consultation content, age of service users and number of children leads to the user-unfriendly factors.To connect to a service that is needed, it became clear that it is necessary corresponding to conscious basic attributes consultation contents and users.
