本研究においては、教師バーンアウトと教師が学校コンサルタントに求める援助特性との関係を検討した。240名(男性102名，女性138名)の教師が調査に参加した。結果は以下の通りであった。1)教師バーンアウトの「脱人格化」と「教師がコンサルタントに対して求める援助特性」の「信頼できる態度」および「問題解決志向」に有意な負の相関が認められた。2)「情緒的消耗感」と「教師がコンサルタントに対して求める援助特性」には有意な相関は認められなかった。3)「個人的達成感の低下」と「教師がコンサルタントに対して求める援助特性」には関連が認められなかった。本研究の限界と今後の課題について考察された。 \nIn this article, a relationship between perceptions of teachers about helping characteristics of school consultants and teachers' burnout was examined. 240 teachers participated in the survey (Male = 102, Female = 138). The results were as follows: There was significant negative relation between perceptions of teachers about helping characteristics of school consultants and 'depersonalization'. But, there was no significant relation between perceptions of teachers about helping characteristics of school consultants and 'emotional exhaustion' and 'personal accomplishment'. Implications of these results were discussed with respect to further study.
