発達障害への注目が高まる中、反応性愛着障害（ADあるいはRAD）との鑑別診断の難しさが指摘されている。本稿では，先行研究１事例をとりあげ，発達障害の可能性を除外する鑑別的見立てと積極的に愛着障害を認める鑑別的見立ての二つのプロセスより，支援における鑑別診断の重要性を明らかにした。

Developmental disorders and Attachment disorder were found the difficulty of differential diagnosis. For a case of previous study, we examined from two assessment process, this case isn't developmental disorders, and this case is reactive attachment disorders.
