Description

This study investigated the acquisition of the care skills in assisted-living facility to examine an ideal method of the "care skills" education of the care worker. As a result, it suggested that self-evaluation became good by experiencing it. For the care skill that self-evaluation is low, the device of the education is necessary. The acquisition degree of the fundamental knowledge is high. It is difficult to learn care assessment, but is important for learning a care skill. For the education of the care skill, the acquisition of the care assessment becomes important.
