Description

This study purpose is to examine the acquisition of care skills at the time of all care worker training end. We examined the acquisition of care skills of students from self-evaluation of students, the evaluation of the training leader and the acquisition of care staffs. It was suggested that frequency to experience was related to the acquisition. This study suggested necessity to examine the arrival degree of the care skills item as basic education of the care worker.
