Based on a regression analysis using the micro data (n=108), this paper aims toclarify crucial factors that can lead to continued employment among workers at YouthSupport Station and other similar facilities. We adopted about 8 explanatory variablessuch as the regular employment pattern, work consciousness, and insecure conditions.The results of our estimation, carried out by means of the binomial logit-model,produced several interesting findings, with anxiety and frustration caused by insecurework conditions being the most salient positive effect on whether employment can besustained or not.Above–mentioned analysis suggested the possibility of existence of complicatedfactors associated with the client in respect to continued employment of job assistantworker.
