In this report the author describes about the fluctuation of the electric resistances in fishes induced by the various couples of electrodes and by the distances between them; the ultimate clarification of that fluctuation is necessary to the utilization of fish-screen. The expense of this work was partly defrayed by a grant in Aid for Developmental Scientific Research of the Department of Education, to which the author expresses his cordial thanks.
