本研究では、前稿「保安職業従事者とその家族へのソーシャルワークに関する試論（１）（２）」に引き続き､保安職業従事者（特に自衛官）とその家族を対象としたソーシャルワークに関し、NASW Standards for Social Work Practice with Service Members, & Their Families を題材に論考を行った｡その結果､彼らへのソーシャルワークの展開に際しては､アメリカのMilitary Social Workの知見を参考としながらも、わが国独自の理論構築を行う必要があることを指摘した。また、その際に彼らを取り巻く環境要因としての「国内･国際情勢」「組織」「任務」の影響と、彼らの身体的・心理的・社会的側面に影響を及ぼす「職業文化」の特性に関する視点を保有したソーシャルワークの展開が必要であることを提言した。

In this research, a study was carried out using the "NASW Standards for Social Work Practice with Service Members, Veterans & Their Families" to examine social work, specifically in regard to Security workers (particularly Self-Defense Force Members) and their families, and continues the work of the previous manuscript: "A Consideration of Social Work for Security Workers and their families (1). (2)". As a result, when developing social work for them, it was pointed out that it is necessary to build our own theory based on the knowledge of Military Social Work in the United States. Also, at that time, it was proposed that it is necessary to develop social work with a perspective that considers the special characteristic of "business culture" affecting their "physical, psychological, and social aspects," along with the influence of the "domestic and international situation," "organization," and "mission" as environmental factors surrounding them.
