Major League Baseball, which has won present popularity, has a serious problem that needs to be resolved. This problem is the soaring annual salaries of players. They have caused an extreme gap between the total salary costs and the earned income of the baseball team. This research concentrates on issues related to the draft system, the salary cap, and analyzes the conditions of the free agent system.
