本稿は平成 29 年に金沢工業大学で実施した Introduction to Innovation program（I2I プログラム）受講者アンケートの自由記述回答に着目し、計量テキスト分析ソフト（KH coder）を用いて学びの実質化にかかわる実態分析を行ったものである。分析の結果、量的なアンケート評点項目の集計から、全体として受講者の高い満足度が確認できた一方、KH coder による自由記述分析からは、受講者の学びの満足度が数値的に十分とされているにもかかわらず、教授内容の理解に偏りが生じていることが浮き彫りとされ、十分な学びを得ていると言い切れない点が指摘されることとなった。本研究は、受講者（情報の受け手）の能動性の観点にかかわる理論的な枠組みとして「利用と満足研究」を採用し、教授者（情報の送り手）には、受講者の学びの分析に新たな視点が必要であることを指摘したことに意義が認められる。;In this paper, we focus on the free description answer set up in the questionnaire for participants of the Introduction to Innovation program (I2I program) conducted at Kanazawa Institute of Technology from February to March to analyzed the actual situation of students' learning by using quantitative content analysis software (KH coder) . As a result, high gratification level of the program was shown on the questionnaire of scoring items. In analysis by KH coder, although students are satisfied with learning, the understanding of the program content has been biased which means it cannot be said that sufficient learning has been obtained. In this research, we adopt “uses and gratification research method” as a theoretical framework concerning the point of view of active participants (information receivers), and significance is given to the fact that the instructor (information sender) need new viewpoint for analysis of students’ learning.
