本稿においては，まず，子ども家庭福祉における地域子育て家庭支援の定義を定め，その背景として確認すべき子どもの発達や保護者の育児環境について考察した。そのうえで，地域子育て家庭支援政策の経緯を振り返り，その意義について述べた。また，地域子育て家庭支援の理念と原理について整理し，最後に，今後の方向として，子ども家庭福祉分野における地域包括的・継続的支援の実現と深く関わる支援であると述べた。

In this study, community support for childrearing families in the field of child and family welfare was defined initially, and the crucial background issues of child development and parental childrearing environments were considered. Next, developments in government policy on community support for childrearing families were reflected on and their significance was discussed. In addition, the ideas and principles of community support for childrearing families were organized before proposing the development of comprehensive and continuous community support in the field of child and family welfare as well as support based on deep involvement.
