看護職・介護職が認識するその人らしさの概念を明らかにすることを目的とし，老人保健施設特別養護老人ホームの看護責任者と介護責任者にフォーカスグループインタビューし，テーマ分析を行った。分析の結果，テーマ１「生きてきた中でみについたもの」テーマ２「その人の真の部分」が明らかになった。看護職・介護職が認識する認知症高齢者のそのひとらしさは生活を継続的に支援することに影響を受けていると考えられた。

This study is aimed to find the personhood as recognized by nurses and caregivers. Focus group interviews were conducted with nursing supervisors and caregiving supervisors at elderly healthcare facilities and special elderly nursing homes and theme analysis was carried out. As a result of the analysis, Theme 1 “What has been acquired while living a life,” and Theme 2 “The essence of a person” were found. It is considered that the identity of elderly people with dementia as recognized by nurses and caregivers is affected by their continued support of their lives.
