自作の YAG:Ce の評価を行うために，リートベルト解析が必要となった。研究室のパソコンでリートベルト解析が行えるように，必要なソフトウエアの入手と実行環境の構築を行った。前回はその概要についてまとめるとともに，YAG:Ce のシミュレーション結果までを報告した。今回は，解析に必要なX線回折測定データを取得するとともに，そのデータを用いてリートベルト解析を実行するところまでの手順をまとめた。

In order to investigate Rietveld analysis of manufactured YAG:Ce samples in the laboratory, Rietveld program RIETAN-FP was installed in the personal computer. In the previous report, its installation and setting procedures were summarized, and RIETAN simulations of YAG:Ce were demonstrated. This paper presented the acquisition of powder diffraction data and their Rietveld analysis.
