自身の学びを振り返ることによって学び方の質が高まることが知られている。振り返りの際に重要になるのが、振り返りを言語化・概念化するための学びに対する概念の知識である。本研究では、教育・学習に関する心理学の知識を学んだ学生が、過去の履修科目をそれらの知見を踏まえて振り返ることの学習効果について検討する。本研究では、講義で課した大学での学びと心理学的知見を結び付けて論じるレポートおよびレポート課題に取り組んだことの感想を分析対象とした。記述内容に対する分析の結果、修学基礎およびプロジェクトデザインが振り返りの対象として多く選ばれており、修学基礎をメタ認知能力や自己調整学習の学びの機会であり、プロジェクトデザインを自己調整学習や経験学習の学びの機会であったと認識していることが読み取れた。また、感想の記述からレポート課題が自身の学びを振り返る良い機会であったと認識されていることが読み取れた。;It is known that the quality of learning is improved by reflection on own learning. It is important to exploit conceptual knowledge about learning to verbalize and conceptualize the reflections. The present study examines learning effectsof reflection on completed courses based on learned educational psychology conceptsin a major subject. This study analyzed two kinds of reports imposed by the lecture: (1) that demanded students relate the concepts to some learning in the courses, and (2) that ask them impressions about the assignment. The report analyses showed that the Basic Style for Study and the Project Design were selected as the targets of reflection by many students. The Basic Style for Study was recognized as an opportunity for learn metacognitive ability and self-regulated learning, and the Project Design was recognized as an opportunity for learn self-regulated learning andexperiential learning. In addition, it can be seen from the description of the impression was recognized as a good opportunity to reflect on own learning.
