Description
Primary decomposition in a polynomial ring is a basis tool of Commutative Algebra and Algebraic Geometry. Algorithms for primary decomposition have been much studied, however, they still tend to be much time-consuming. In the paper, we introduce a new view of Shimoyama-Yokoyama algorithm [3] from "Double Ideal Quotient". Moreover, we propose a new method for primary decomposition using double ideal quotient instead of a system of separators.
