Abstract

For the aim of understanding of the morale at care spots in the special nursing homes for elderly located in Nagasaki prefecture, the morale survey to staffs and managers is researched and the structural factors forming morale are extracted. The morale structure and the gaps between staffs and managers are explained and the corresponding problems to the gaps are pointed out. Simultaneously, the effective factors related with morale-forming at care spots can be evaluated and some aspects to improve the morale are pointed out. At the research of morale survey, eighteen homes in Nagasaki prefecture are selected and 516 samples (63.3％) are analyzed．
