Abstract

This paper analyzes the role of the individual labor dispute solution system which administration of justice and administration perform. Labor referee system is a system by administration of justice, and each system in labor bureau and labor relations commission is based on administration. Each system has a peculiar organization and is characterized by the form of the organization. Here, the scheme of the individual labor dispute solution system is understood from the bargaining theory, and some theoretical foundation is given.
