抄録

In this report, we introduced the contents and effect of food and agriculture education using long egg plants which were produced in Miyama City, Fukuoka. As a result of carrying out of the food and agriculture education, most of all pupils got liking egg plants, learning the knowledge of long egg plant produced in Miyama City, understanding it, nurturing the feeling that they want to eat more positively, and finally, they got to be able to tell people about that.
