本論文では，7名のうつ病患者を対象にワルテッグ描画テストにおける描画特徴を検討した。調査参加者は，精神科クリニックに通院する18歳以上から30歳代の女性6名と男性1名であった。その結果，第6図と第8図に特徴のある表現，描画から抑うつよりも内的な葛藤が窺える表現，複数の空欄が含まれる表現，複数の刺激図形へのパターン的な表現の主に4つの傾向が抽出された。また，これらに加えて，統合や完全性をテーマに持つ第6図の描画への困難さ，第3図の上昇や進展のテーマに対する反応の困難さ，抑うつ得点と実際の描画とのギャップ，刺激図形の取り入れのゆがみも考察された。これらの結果から，ワルテッグ描画テストの刺激図形の取り入れと描画表現によって，うつ病患者の認知のゆがみや思考抑制，気分状態や心理的エネルギーの程度，抑うつの背景に存在する葛藤などを理解できる可能性が示された。 The present study examined the drawing characteristics of the Wartegg drawing test for seven depressed patients. The participants were 6 females and 1 male who aged between 18 and 39 andhad regular treatment at a psychiatric clinic. The results of our study showed four characteristics of drawing. The first was a characteristic of boxes 6 and 8. The difficulty in drawing box 6 was the themes of integration and completeness, and the difficulty in reacting to box 3 was the themes of rise and progress. The second characteristic show internal conflict rather than depression. The third characteristic contained some blanks. The fourth was a pattern-like characteristic. In addition, we found the gap between depressive score and actual drawing and also the distortion of the stimulus-signs recognition. These findings suggest that it is possible to understand cognitive distortions,inhibitation of thoughts, mood states, psychological energy, and the conflicts that exist in the background of depression by using Wartegg drawing test.
