This paper is analyzed about the main contents and an issue of amendment to the constitution discussion of the decentralization type argued according to the promotion of decentralization reform after 2000. Comparison analyzes a point of the main amendment to the constitution plan proposed after decentralization of power reform in 2003 in the first half, and the issue is made clear. The second half introduces the main contents of the amendment to the constitution plan a Moon Jea-In president proposed in 2018 and explains the picture of the autonomy decentralization of power an innovation government tries to promote. Directionality of the future's decentralization type amendment to the constitution is viewed at the end.
