抄録

[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate randomized clinical trial(RCT) of trigger point acupuncture or dry needling for myofascial pain syndrome. [Methods] We searched literatures reported in English with PubMed in 2019. The keywords used in the database research was “trigger point" and “acupuncture or dry needling".[Results] In this review, 20 RCTs were examined. Their papers were included in patients with headache, temporomandibular pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip osteoarthritis, knee pain, fibromyalgia syndrome, etc. Acupuncture and dry needling was improving pain and other symptoms among the studies.[Conclusion] The number of RCT articles on acupuncture or dry
