There is a classification of "shamans' myth" in the oral tradition of the native peoples of Siberia. The article takes this term of classification into consideration, analyzing some tales of the Udekhe and the Orochi. The comparison with a tale of the Evenks gives a rather concrete idea about the type of “shamans' myth" that is presumably common for the Tungusic oral tradition.
