情報技術の進化により教育環境, 学習環境の変化が見られるようになってきた。Webを通してのインターネットテクノロジーを利用した教育, eラーニングが始まりつつある中でのWeb教材の意義, 現状, 作成について述べた。

Changes in the educational environment and study environment have come to be understood as an a development of information technology. Education using Internet technology, that is a e-learning, is a recent phenomena. With this in mind, we will describe the significance of Web teaching materials, its present state and how it is created.
