Abstract

We discussed the method to detect and repeal the beasts found in the factories in Nabari-city. This study has been led by the students as an education in community-based project-based learning (PBL). The PBL Project has started since 2018. We describe the development on the utilization of the sensor networks, the tools to repel the animals, and detection method of boars by using the machine learning technique. We had installed the developed systems in the yard of the factory and confirmed the operation. In 2020, the transfer learning technique was implemented to make a learning model applicable to detect boars. The developed model runs faster and effectively to detect and distinguish boars from humans.
