抄録

[概要]本稿の目的は，習近平体制の成立とそれに対峙するトランプ政権そしてその後のバイデン政権による米中対立がなぜ生じたのか。それがグローバル経済にどのような影響を及ぼすのか。そしてグローバル・ビジネスはどのように変化していくのかをコーポレート・ガバナンスの観点から考察することである。分析は既存のデータや出来事に基づくが，将来展望は筆者の推測や仮説として提示している。将来の可能性としてデカップリングによる相互不可侵の原則を模索する。 [Abstract] The purpose of this study is to analyze China - United States relationship in early 21st century and try to give some explanation why conflicts are happening between them. Assumption presented here is China’s Corporate Governance System which is controlled by Communist Party should be cause the problem. Chinese companies go abroad bring Communism’ invasion “suspicion” in everywhere. Business people must prepare for Decoupling economic relationship between China.
