抄録

The latest trends in teacher training reforms include “standardization of teaching curriculum” and “stricter certification of teaching curriculum” as well as enrichment of school sites and teaching experience, in cooperation with parents and communities. It is an issue to nurture teachers as “teaching / learning experts” who can guide active learning interactively. Among them, the teacher training issue is to conduct the minimum learning necessary to become a teacher and lead to the later teaching life, assuming deepening and development of qualities and\nabilities throughout the teaching life. To that end, it is necessary to enhance opportunities for school experience and teaching experience, foster the basics of practical leadership, provide opportunities to think about aptitude as teachers, and provide ICT and ability to teach proactive and interactive learning. There is a need to study and develop a teaching curriculum that nurtures teaching methods of use, foreign language education, and leadership in inter-school collaboration. In other words, it is not a good teacher’s constant number of accredited teachers, but in order to guarantee or enhance the quality of teachers, it is necessary to allocate more teachers and focus on other resources more than now There is. It can be said that a small university with a teaching course is under pressure to be prepared.
