情報サービスの流れから考えると,テレビ,ラジオ,新聞,図書といった既存のメディアは,情報を一方向的に私たちに与えてくれる情報プッシュのメディアであるといえる.これに対して,インターネットは,双方向性を持った情報プルのメディアである.つまり,私たちはこれまではテレビや図書といったこれまでのメディアから情報を受け取るだけであったが,インターネットは自ら情報を取いこ行かなければ,必要な情報を得ることはできない.このことは,私たちに新しいリテラシーの習得を促した.インターネットという新しいメディアの出現は,情報教育の質的転換をもたらしたといえる.すなわち,コンピュータ・リテラシー(いわゆるコンピュータの「使い方」を身につけること)の習得を目的とした情報教育から,自ら主体的に情報を選択収集し,処理加工し,新しい情報として発信する能力を身につける情報リテラシーの習得を目的とした教育に変化したことである.そこで,本論文では,本学において学内LAN導入後に実施された情報教育とそれ以前の情報教育についてカリキュラムから情報教育の質的転換について考察し,今後の本学における情報教育の展望を明らかにする. 　The purpose of this study is to clear and give consideration teaching of information technology. When we have instructed our campus network, information education has changed. Think about media in terms of information service, newspaper, (and) television, radio and books are information push media. When we use the Internet, we have to pull the information that we need. It is said that the Internet is information pull media. With the appearance the Internet, information education has been changed, too. In this point, we have to change the teaching method of information education. In other words, we have to instruct how to get Information Literacy. This paper describes to change the aim of getting abilities of Information Literacy rather than knowing how to manipulate a computer. Information Literacy gives you three abilities; collecting and processing information and sending original information.
