本研究では、地域創生学群チャレンジプログラムを経験した卒業生へのアンケート調査をもとに、同プログラムへの挑戦動機、同プログラムを通じた職業感の変容、成長実感などを把握することで、起業体験や長期インターンシップがもたらす教育効果について考察し、その効果として「深い思考の習慣と自己理解」「明確な職業観への変容」「高め合う文化の醸成」という3点を指摘した。
