コンピュータが登場してから約 70 年、その間、コンピュータは様々な場面で用いられてきた。用途 の適切性に関しては、情報倫理学の観点での研究が進んでいる。一方で、2045 年には、強い人工知能が広 く普及し、人間の知能を越える「技術的特異点(シンギュラリティ)」を迎えるという予想がされている。 その時代に通用する情報倫理とは何か、私達はそれをどう学ぶことができるのかについて、議論を行う。
In this seventy years, computer systems have been became very popular tools in our daily life. Some AI researchers predict that mankind will reach, around 2045, the technological singularity when AI will exceed human intellectual capacity. Authors tried to think of many cases of computer ethics after the technological singularity. In this paper, we discuss what computer ethics education would be and should be after the technological singularity.
