Abstract

各大学が文部科学省等により提供される公的資金によって学習コンテンツを開発している.このような学習コンテンツ開発のプロジェクトの問題点として,学習コンテンツの共有化システムとその著作権処理の対応が残されたままにあることがあげられる.その課題の解決のためには,学習コンテンツの共有・再利用のための著作権・知的財産権の課題の検討が必要である.本稿は,具体的な二つの事例に基づいて,学習コンテンツの共有・再利用をすすめるための課題について考察する.

Each university has been developing learning contents by public funds offered by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology etc. Such Projects of learning objects development have problems of sharing systems of learning objects and its correspondence of copyright protection. It is necessary to examine copyright and intellectual property problems on sharing and reuse of learning objects. This paper examines problems to promote sharing and reusing of learning objects on two concrete cases.
