Proposal of Analysis Support System for Throwing Motion in Elementary School Physical Education Classes Using Cameras

近年，児童の投能力などの身体活動量の低下が問題視されている．この状況を鑑み，2020 年度より全面実施の小学校学習指導要領において，体育授業に投の運動に関する指導が新たに追加された．しかし，その指導方法は各教師に委ねられており，児童の動作改善にまで着目した指導は十分になされていない．そこで，本研究では，カメラを用いた投げ動作の分析支援システムを提案する．そして，小学校 2 年生を対象にジャベリックボールを活用した投の運動の授業を実践し，授業前後の投げ動作を分析する．これにより，投能力向上に影響を与える動作要因を明らかにし，児童に対する動作改善指導への活用可能性を検討する．

In recent years, the decrease in the amount of physical activity such as the throwing ability of children has been regarded as a problem. In view of this situation, guidance on throwing exercise has been newly added to physical education classes in the elementary school curriculum guidelines be widely implemented since 2020. However, the method of instruction is entrusted to each teacher, and it is not sufficient to focus on improving the throwing movements of children. In this study, therefore, we propose an analysis support system for the use of cameras to solve the problem. Then, for the second grade of elementary school, we practice throwing exercises class using a javelic ball and analyze the throwing motion. In this way, we clarify the factors affecting the improvement of throwing ability and examine the possibility of using them for movement improvement guidance for children.
