本稿では、ミュージアムの業務支援とミュージアム間での情報共有を目標として、東京国立博物館で開発した「ミュージアム資料情報構造化モデル」について述べる。これまで国内のミュージアムにおいて情報共有や情報の標準化が困難であった原因に対して本モデルが提案する解決方法を論じた後、本モデルの特徴的な側面を具体的なデータとともに例示しながら説明する。またあわせて今後の作業と展望を論じる。

This paper describes Structured Model for Museum Object Information which has been developed by Tokyo National Museum, aiming to support museum business and enable information sharing among museums. After discussing solutions to the difficulties of information sharing and standardization in Japanese museum community suggested by this model, this paper will show some characteristic aspects of the model with concrete data. They conclude with plans for future development.
