抄録

電界効果トランジジスタ（FET）を用いて、マージナル発振検出器を製作した。高周波回路には2SK61、低周波回路には２ＳK40を使用した。ロックインアンプは、NF製LI-574Aを使用し、1F、2Fモードの両モードについて、KClO_3の^<35>Cl核のNQRを行った。その結果、十分なS/N比を得ることができた。また、水の^1H核のNMRも行い、良好な結果を得た。

A marginal oscillator-detector was made using field effect transistors (FET). In high and low frequency circuits, 2SK61 and 2SK40 were used, respectively. With a lock-in amplifier, NF product LI-574A, the NQR measurement of ^<35>Cl in KClO_3 was carried out both at 1F and 2F modes. As a result, a satisfactory S/N ratio was obtained. The NMR measurement of ^1H in water was also made and the result was good.
