Let k be a positive integer and x a real non-principal character (mod k) . Then under the extended Riemann hypothesis we have #{1≦n≦k^<1/4+ε |X ( n ) =-1}> k^<(1/4+ε)/2-s>, [ k≧k＿o(ε, S)] if k is cubefree and #{1≦n≦k^<3/8+ε> |x(n)=-1} ＞k^<(3/8+ε)/2-S>,[k≧k_o(ε,S)] otherwise, whereε and S are any positive real numbers.
