In Germany, after the global recession, big corporations(Konzern, Konzernunternehmung)had become big organizational developments. With regard to reorganization, this study examines Ruhwedel and v. Werder’s study in 2011. This study begins with a general overview of “Konzern”s in Germany, and mentions to difference between “Staumhauskonzern”s and “Holdingkonzern”s. Secondly, with regard to Ruhwedel and v. Werder’s study in 2011, this study looks at the centralization of “Konzern”s after the global recession. It concludes with an examination of Bayer AG (Co. Ltd.)and Monier Gruppe GmbH(Ltd).
