NFTとは，識別可能な資産の所有を意味するブロックチェーン上のデジタル証書のことである．所有権とは，主に有体物に対する使用，処分，収益を統合する排他的な権利である．また，スマートロックの開閉など所有資産に対する操作などの機能を備えたトークンをユーティリティトークンと呼ぶ．本研究では，ユーティリティトークンとしての性質を備えた NFT に対して，その所有権を変更することなく，使用権のみを特定の他者に一時貸与する方法を提案する．

Abstract: An NFT is a digital certificate on a blockchain that signifies ownership of an identifiable asset. Ownership is the exclusive right to use, dispose of, or profit from a tangible object. A utility token is a token with a certain function. This research proposes a method of temporarily lending only the usage right to a specific third party without changing the ownership of an NFT with the properties of a utility token.
