There are many students aiming at being teachers and entering the teacher-training course, including the department of education. However, because of the influence of the news about the bad images of schools and teaching practice failure, the number of teacher applicants decreases year by year. Even if the students of the teacher-training course meet with any situation, it is important to acquire the high-quality technical knowledge and the sincere attitude toward children and parents for improvement of the quality of education with their firm convictions. The purpose of this study is to have them learn the view of teaching profession deeply and establish the ideal teacher image through the personal coaching for passing the teacher employment examination and practical training rather than to have them pass the teacher employment examination. As a result, it was found that they could change the former view of teaching profession and continued learning the ideal teacher image even after the examination was over.
