Description

After 1980’s, Chinese agriculture developed smoothly relatively. The factor which developed smoothly is the following reason. It depended on bold market-ization and liberalization policy until the first half in 2000’s from 1980’s. It was chosen as the government support policy represented by a subsidy policy after the second half in 2000’s. A small farmland is piled up by large-scale farm on Chinese agriculture rapidly at present, and large-scale farm is born. But a problem also exists. (1) While conversion to an efficient large-scale farming is developed, the farmer who loses farmland right to use increases. Therefore, a possibility that Chinese society becomes unstable is high. (2) An import expansion continues by a crop of soybeans. When this spreads to wheat and corn, etc., a possibility that I have a big influence on grain market of the world is high. We pay attention to how a Chinese government is dealing to such problem. Chinese agriculture comes in a big reformation period at present
