Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in the awareness of student staff through the operation of the 26th Student Trainer Gathering, and to use this as basic data to obtain useful knowledge for student trainer education. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 51 staff members who manage the Pacific Rim Student Trainer Gathering. The options were numbered from1 to 10 so that the answer to the questionnaire would be scored on a scale of 10. Average values for groups by department (physical education and health science), organization (student trainer team SAT and volunteer staff), and event role (appointment, bus, hotel, accounting, planning, public relations, others, volunteer) compared. A t-test was performed for each department and affiliation, and a one-way ANOVA was performed for each event role. In addition, they were asked to freely describe “what they thought was good about the operation of the association” and “what they thought was bad about the operation of the association,” and analyzed it using text mining. The above results are detailed below.
