小中学校プログラミング教育のデータ分析を行うShinyアプリケーション

2020年度から小中学校等でのプログラミング教育が必修化された．プログラミング教育は論理的思考能力やコンピュータを使いこなす能力を生徒に身に付けさせる上でも重要性が高い．プログラミング教育における生徒の学習過程データを分析することで教育上有用な知見を得ることができるが，データ分析の経験や知識のある教員は少ないのが現状である．本研究では，一般の教員でも簡単にデータ分析を行うことができるデータ分析Webアプリケーションの開発を，ShinyというRStudio内のライブラリを用いてR言語で行った．分析対象のデータは，プログラミングツールAi.R Cordを用いて収集した．本アプリケーションは，単純なデータ可視化だけでなく，主成分分析，クラスタ分析，アソシエーション分析を含む10種類のツールから構成されており，Web上での簡単な操作により複雑なデータ分析を実現できる．

Programming education has been made compulsory in elementary and junior high schools since the 2020 school year. Programming education is essential for students to acquire the ability to think logically and to utilize computers. Although it is possible to obtain useful educational findings by analyzing data on students' learning process in programming education, few teachers have experience and knowledge in data analysis. In this paper, we developed a data analysis web application in R using Shiny, a library in RStudio, which allows teachers to easily perform data analysis. The data to be analyzed are collected using the programming tool Ai.R Cord. The application consists of 10 tools, including principal component analysis, cluster analysis, and association analysis, as well as simple data visualization, and it can realize complex data analysis through simple operations on the Web.
