Description

Suitable housing for the elderly is of great significance to the development of the aging society all over the world. Japan's housing supply has accumulated rich experience in adapting to aging. This paper takes Fukuoka as an example and selects typical policy, rental house and housing renovation for case studying. Based on policy and research, this paper discusses the characteristics of aging-friendly housing in Japan, and provides a reference for China.
