Description

The purposes of this study were to make the Peter Pan symdrome scale and to investigate the relationship between Peter Pan syndrome and sex role concepts in male university students. The following results were found. The male students made a clear distinction between the male role and the female one. The evaluation of the masculinity in male students was higher than that of the femininity. Subjects higher in Peter Pan syndrome scale did not make a clear distinction between the masculinity and the femimity, although subjects lower in Peter Pan syndrome scale made a clear distinction between them. These results indicated that the male students higher in Peter Pan syndrome scale had more undifferentiated sex role concepts.
