At present, companies show an increase in the ratio of part-time workers to regular employees. For this reason, it is important for corporate management as to how its company manages main shaft part-time workers. The purpose here is to systematically arrange and survey the many studies researched and published by scholars on part-time workers. By clarifying problems in the research left unresolved and looking at matters that have not been studied, the intention here is to reveal further issues for optimal human resources management of part-time employees.
