サービスデザインとは、既存のものやサービスを再定義(リフレイミング)することによって、従来あるものを改良し、新しいユーザー・エクスペリエンス(UX)の価値創造を行うデザイン手法である。本稿は、2014年度に山口県立総合医療センターの協力により実践的な研究フィールドを得て取り組んだサービスデザインの実践としてのナースウエア研究について検証するものである。本研究は山口県立大学が文部科学省から｢地(知)の拠点整備事業(大学COC事業)｣の採択を受け、2013年秋から地域とともに取り組んでいるライフイノベーション研究チームによる研究活動の一環として実施しているものである。

Service design is a design method used to improve off-the-shelf products and existing services by reframing them, thus creating new value in the User Experience(UX). This paper focuses on a 2014 project developing nurse wear to be worn in the field undertaken with the cooperation of Yamaguchi Medical Center and conducted as a case study of Service Design.This project was part of the research being conducted by the Life Innovation Research Team of Yamaguchi Prefectural University since Fall, 2013, and was supported by a grant for the Center of Community Project awarded by the Ministry of Education.
